Please make sure you read and understand our policies before booking.

Here are just a few things you should know about your reservation.

 

  • Breakfast will be delivered to your suite between 9-10am each morning at no extra charge.    (Our main house and dining room will be closed until further notice. We also own a full restaurant in town and are having a difficult time with having enough help.) At this time breakfast will not be served Monday and Tuesday mornings. Your reservation is discounted to reflect this.
  • Room tidies:  We will be happy to drop off fresh supplies of towels, soap, toilet paper… to your suite, as needed. However, please note we will NOT personally be entering your suite, once you arrive. (Please let us know if you need supplies when we deliver breakfast)
  • Our snack area is now OPEN
  • Check in/out will be done by phone. Just give us a call when you arrive. (417-337-4080) On occasion, we might be on the phone when you call. We will call you right back.
  • As a guest of Crystal Cove, you will receive 15% off at Old 76 Smokehouse. Just show proof of your current reservation to receive your discount. (Discounts apply to food only)

  • Check-in time is any time after 4pm.  *PLEASE NOTE* that although we do our best to meet you in person, we also own a full restaurant in town. (Old 76 Smokehouse) We are dealing with major labor shortages right now. We ask for your patience while we navigate this. When you arrive please give us a call and we will guide you through our simple ( and painless! )self-guided check-in process. Also, guests may check-in as late as needed, with the self guided check-in, as well. No worries at all! Just give us a quick call at (417) 338-2715 to let us know.
  • Early check-in is available after 1 pm, with advance arrangements. It’s best to set this  up upon making a reservation, but you can also give us a call at a later time to see if we still have any early arrival times available, as early check-ins are first come, first serve. The fee for this service is $35.00 ***Please note that if you arrive after 4 pm and have previously made arrangements for an early check-in, you will still be charged the early arrival fee.***
  • Check out is 11 am.
  • All of our cabins and cabin suites are NON-SMOKING, with no exceptions. ***If evidence of smoking is found in your cabin or suite, there will be a charge of $350.00 assessed to your credit card upon your departure. Also, if we are unable to book your room due to damage, smoke fumes, etc. you will be responsible for the cost of the damage and lost revenue.***
  • We cannot be responsible for any items left in the room, so please make sure to remove all belongings upon check-out.
  • Reservations will be charged a non-refundable 1 night deposit upon making a reservation.
  • Our resort has a strict NO PET policy, due to the growing number of allergy sufferers. Feel free to check out Branson’s various overnight pet lodging and care facilities to look after your furry family member while you visit with us! : )
  • All packages must be purchased in advance.

We Highly Recommend Purchasing Travel Insurance

To make your stay as worry-free as possible Crystal Cove recommends you purchase a travel insurance plan.

Such plans protects your travel investment should you need to cancel your trip for covered reasons prior to departure or if other covered unforeseen circumstances arise during your trip.

Coverage includes (but is not limited to) trip cancellation and interruption benefits, medical and evacuation benefits, 24-hour emergency travel assistance, travel delay, and baggage delay.

Cancellations

  • With knowing the risks of COVID-19 any new reservations will not be able to cancel because of COVID-19.
  • All CANCELLATIONS made within one month of your reserved dates, will be charged 100% of your total stay.
  • If you fail to show up, you will be charged 100% of your reservation. If you need to move a reservation you can, up to 1 month from your check in date.
  • For this reason we ***STRONGLY ENCOURAGE TRAVEL INSURANCE***
  • Unfortunately, there will be no refunds for early departure.

If there is inclement weather and you need to cancel your reservation, you will still be charged 100% of your stay. If you purchase Travel Insurance this may be covered!

We understand things happen and your plans occasionally change. We will try to do everything in our power to rebook your reservation to keep your cancellation fees to a minimum.

Please keep in mind that we are a small resort, and a cancellation can put us in a financial strain.

Cancellations greatly affect us.

When you reserve a room, we agree to turn away all other requests for the room and YOU AGREE TO PAY FOR THE RATE QUOTED AND THE NUMBER OF DAYS YOU HAVE RESERVED IT.
